QualificationThey should have a bachelor degree in Engineering/ Architecture/ Design or related field. In case of Sciences/ Humanities/ Management or related fields P.G. is mandatory. In all cases Ph.D. is desirable but not essential. Lack of PhD may be mapped against knowledge and deep experience.
ExperienceDepending on the years of experience, the person may be offered the position of Professor/ Associate Professor of Practice. Retired persons from industry/ R&D organizations will also be considered. Experience of 10-15 years, 5-10 years is required for Professor of Practice, and Associate Professor of Practice respectively.
