Qualificationi. A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering/Technology or Planning obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or any other equivalent qualification recognized as such under the provisions of the Architects Act, 1972; and ii. A post graduate degree or post graduate diploma in City Planning/Town Planning/Regional Planning/Traffic and Transportation Planning/ Urban Design/Urban Planning/ Infrastructure Planning/Industrial Planning or Environmental Planning obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or institution approved by All India Council for Technical Education; iii. Have at least 5 years separate or combined experience after obtaining the requisite educational qualification specified in sub-clause (b) in the field of City Planning or Town Planning or Regional Planning or Traffic and Transportation Planning or Urban Design or Urban Planning or Infrastructure Planning or industrial Planning or Environmental Planning in Government/ Local Bodies/Government Undertaking Board/ Corporation/ Limited Company established under the Companies Act, 2013;
