Qualification(i) Is associate of the Royal Institute of British Architects or is the Associate Member of the Indian Institute of Architect (by examination) or possess minimum degree in Architect of a statutory university, AND (ii) Is a registered member of the Council of Architecture, New Delhi. (As per Government Letter, Public Works Department, No.: JOEB 2015/P.Kr.62/Seva-2, dated 23rd July, 2018, M.Tech (Town Planning) is equivalent to M.Arch degree and hence M.Tech (Town Planning) will be considered as equivalent)
Experience(i) Having experience of not less than five years in a qualified architect’s office gained after acquiring the qualification. AND (ii) Having experience of inspection of work under construction and possess adequate knowledge of Municipal Building By-laws regarding construction work.
