- Paper-I: General Studies & General Abilities — 150 questions, 150 marks, 150 minutes (English & Telugu).
- Paper-II: Subject Concerned — Town & Country Planning at P.G. level — 150 questions, 300 marks, 150 minutes (English).
- Total: 450 marks. Objective type (OMR / CBRT). Qualifying marks: OC/EWS/Sports 40%, BC 35%, SC/ST/PH 30%.
