OR A Bachelor’s degree (Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Planning in Urban and Regional Planning) from a recognized university or institution with 3 years of experience in the field of urban planning, housing and real estate, rural planning, regional planning, infrastructure planning, transport planning, or environmental planning with Central or State Governments /Union Territories or semi-government or statutory or autonomous organizations or private sector companies or educational institutions. OR An integrated degree (an integrated degree in Planning that leads to a postgraduate degree in Planning) from a recognized university or institution with two years of experience in the field of urban planning, housing and real estate, rural planning, regional planning, infrastructure planning, transport planning, or environmental planning with Central or State Governments / Union Territories/Universities/recognized research institutions/Public Sector Undertakings/statutory autonomous organizations/private sector companies/educational institutions.
