EduFest Academy ("EduFest Academy", "we", "us", "our") operates edufestacademy.in and related mobile apps that provide exam-preparation courses, study material, and test series for MPSC, GPSC, TGPSC, TNPSC, MPPSC, and related state exams. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, place an order, download study material, contact support, or subscribe to updates:

  • Shipping address, for orders that include physical/hardcopy material
  • Payment details processed through our payment gateway (we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves)
  • Messages you send us via the contact form, email, or WhatsApp
  • Basic usage data (pages visited, device/browser type) collected automatically to keep the site working reliably

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process orders, deliver course access, and dispatch hardcopy material
  • To send order updates, payment reminders, and dispatch notifications via email and WhatsApp
  • To respond to support requests and contact form submissions
  • To send course updates, exam notifications, and promotional offers (you can opt out of marketing messages at any time)
  • To improve our courses, website, and support based on how they're used

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Payment processors, to complete and verify transactions
  • Courier/delivery partners, to ship hardcopy notes and material
  • Service providers who help us send email/WhatsApp communication or host our systems, bound to use your data only to provide that service
  • Law enforcement or regulators, if required by applicable law

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your cart/session. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers on the site.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on internal systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
