Experience– Minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience (of the level of E2/L9 or above) for officers working in (CPSEs/ PSUs/ State Govt.). – Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience for Private Sector candidates. – Experience in designing of architecture, interior and landscape of Metro Stations (Elevated and Underground). – Knowledge of building codes and standards applicable locally and internationally such as NBC, NFPA, IBC etc. – Experience in management and coordination with external consultants, site team, various departments. – Ability to understand the complexity of working with multiple consultants on one project which involves complex coordination.
