Job Description

Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Department of Space, Govt. of India, via the ISRO Centralized Recruitment Board (ICRB), invites online applications for 242 vacancies: Assistant, Upper Division Clerk (UDC), Junior Personal Assistant (JPA), and Stenographer. Vacancies by centre: Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Hassan, Hyderabad, Mahendragiri, New Delhi, Sriharikota, Thiruvananthapuram — 242 posts total (Assistant/UDC: 111+22+17=~150; JPA/Steno: 81+10+1=~92, exact split by post code on the official notice) Pay: Level 4, Pay Matrix — minimum basic pay ₹25,500/month + DA, HRA, Transport Allowance, medical, LTC, and other central govt benefits Eligibility: Assistant/UDC: Graduation with ≥60% marks or CGPA 6.32/10 (within minimum course duration), computer proficiency required. JPA/Stenographer: Same graduation criteria OR Diploma in Commercial/Secretarial Practice (≥60%/CGPA 6.32) + 1 year experience as Steno-Typist; plus minimum 60 wpm English shorthand and computer proficiency.
