🚀 MPPSC Assistant Town Planner 2026 — India's Only Dedicated Notes

MPPSC (Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission) has invited applications for 39 Assistant Town Planner posts (Advt. No. 02/2026, dated 02.02.2026) — a permanent, Gazetted Class-II post in the Urban Development Department, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh, pay scale ₹56,100–₹177,500. Until now, aspirants had no exam-specific study material — only generic town planning references or notes written for other states' exams. EduFest Academy has closed that gap with the first and only book built ground-up for the MPPSC ATP syllabus.

📘 What You Will Get — 24 Chapters, 290+ Pages

Planning Theory, History, Techniques & Systems · Planning Data, Surveys & Analytical Techniques · Planning Process & Forecasting Methods · Planning Systems & Hierarchy of Plans · Population Forecasting Methods · Regional & Environmental Planning Context · Infrastructure, Housing & Urban Mobility · Housing Development & Policies · Urban Transport & Mobility Planning · Public Transport · Urban Ecology & Environmental Systems · Environmental Management Plan & Monitoring · Sustainable Development Goals · Disaster Risk, Mitigation & Management · Urban Governance & Institutional Systems · Urban Land Economics · PM GatiShakti · Planning Legislation, Policies & Land Acquisition (incl. LARR 2013) · Government Schemes & Missions (Smart City, AMRUT, PMAY, HRIDAY) · Madhya Pradesh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973 (updated 2025).

🏆 Why This Is the Only Book You Need

This is currently the only book in the market written specifically for MPPSC Assistant Town Planner — not a repurposed MPSC (Maharashtra), GPSC (Gujarat) or TNPSC guide. Every chapter is mapped to the official 2026 notification and includes the MP-specific planning Act (Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973) that no generic town-planning book covers.
